Fried Chicken & Sweet Potato Noodles from Paleo On The Go

One of the biggest complaints I hear about following the paleo diet is that people don’t want to spend the time to cook. It’s especially hard when you work all day or travel for work like I do. I’m not always home to cook or prep lunch for the next day. Luckily, Paleo On The Go has found a way to solve that problem. They are a paleo meal delivery service that cooks and delivers paleo food right to your door. The food comes frozen and all you have to do it reheat it. They even have an Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) menu option!

Thanks to the folks at Paleo On The Go for sending me their delicious food I didn’t have to cook! I even had leftovers for work the next day because the portions are large enough for 2.

Pictured is their sage sweet potato noodles and oven fried chicken. I simply added the sealed frozen bags to a pot of water and let boil until the food was thawed and warm. Then I cut the bags open and ate! So easy. I did throw the chicken in the oven for 5 minutes just to crisp up the skin a bit more but it didn’t really need it. The chicken was so juicy and tender. The sweet potatoes were a great treat as a side dish too.

Leftovers for lunch! That’s TWO paleo meals I didn’t have to cook. Order some meals today and stock up for those busy weeks where you don’t have time to cook. Stay paleo. No excuses. 😉
