Ingredients
1.5lbchicken wings
1/3cupapricot preservessmooth, not chunky
1/4cupcoconut aminos
3tbspapple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Pat chicken wings and drumettes dry with a paper towel. Place on nonstick baking sheet and cook in oven for 25 minutes
While chicken cooks prep the apricot glaze. In a small saucepan add apricot preserves, coconut aminos, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer on medium-low for about 10 minutes or until it starts to reduce slightly. Set aside on stove.
Remove chicken from the oven and, in a medium bowl, toss in the glaze. Save a bit of glaze to top off after cooking.
Place glazed chicken back on the baking sheet. Return to oven for another 20 minutes.
When finished, toss or coat chicken in leftover glaze. Serve.
